Recently, after intense bidding, Henan Pal Plastic Co.,Ltd signed the contract of EPC contract of “Long Distance Curve Belt Conveyor Project” with Tibet Grand Copper Co. to sign the Zhimila copper mine to select the factory smoothly.
The project consists of two long-distance curved belt conveyors. The first curved belt conveyor is from the Chihraw copper mine in Tibet at an altitude of 5000m to the central transfer station at elevation 4420, with a horizontal length of 7654.27m and a shipping height of -615m. Is currently the world’s highest installation altitude of a feeder curve belt conveyor. The curve belt conveyor bandwidth B = 1.2m, the delivery of materials for the crushed copper ore, the rated delivery Q = 900t / h; dual tail dual roller drive, generating installed power 2X800kw. The second belt conveyor from relay station to relay plant is about 4302.87 meters in horizontal length and 60 meters in height. The belt conveyor bandwidth B = 1m, the head dual-drum dual drive, installed power 2X500kw.
