Conveyor rollers are designed to support, shape and align the upper and lower branches of the working belt in belt conveyors (conveyors).
Top grooved roller supports.
The upper roller supports can be manufactured in several versions: single, double, triple, with separate deflector rollers. The angle of inclination of the side roller is 20 ° or 30 °. This type of roller supports serves to support the upper grooved load bearing branch in the conveyor. The width of the tape – in the range 400 – 2000 mm, the diameter of the roller – 89-159 mm.
The upper grooved reinforced roller supports are intended for transporting materials having a piece size of 150 to 500 mm along the upper branch of the tape. They find application in heavy-duty main conveyors, for example, in coal mines, mines, etc.
Roller supports top grooved cushioning.
If you compare shock absorbing rollers with smooth (not lined), then the first one can find a number of advantages: they provide the run of the belt without jerks, keeping the bearings from breakage, there is no need to clean the lower part of the tape, etc. This type of roller is installed at the loading points of the tape in steps of half a meter or less (considering the loads acting on them).
Roller supports top grooved centering.
These roller supports are designed to hold the tape in the specified direction and prevent the tape from leaving the side. Installed on the conveyor approximately every 20-25 m.
Roller legs lower straight.
Used to maintain the idler conveyor belt. Step is selected from the calculation of 1 support for 2.4 – 3 m.
Roller bearings, straight, straight.
Roller supports the top straight lines are installed as ordinary roller supports of the upper branch in those cases when a flat bearing tape is necessary. The step is the same as for the grooved roller bearings. This type of roller is used to support the lower branch of the tape, placing them on the brackets of the racks in the middle of the supporting structures to facilitate the installation and maintenance of roller bearings
